Many thanks to everyone who has taken the time to Congratulate me on winning my recent award. I always aim to deliver high levels of customer service and ensure that every booking is as exactly as it should be, so to have my efforts rewarded in this way is greatly appreciated.

    Me and Steve 2nd everything written above!! if it wasnt for your hard work on the Oriana opening booking day last year we wouldn’t have had such a fantastic cruise and wedding
