I have just returned from a most enjoyable day at Stoneleigh Abbey in Warwickshire attending the UK Cruise awards, sponsored by the Daily Mail, for P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Cunard and Ocean Village.
I am delighted to tell you that I have been named UK Sales Person of the Year 2008!
Amongst other things I was judged on my exceptional customer service and high sales.
My thanks have to go to my wonderful clients who appreciate the hard work that I put into ensuring their bookings are handled as efficiently as possible. I’ll give you a full update of the day in the morning.

Well done on your award. It was no surprise to us because we already knew that you were the best. You have cancelled and swapped cruises for us with never a hint of it being a problem to you.You answer questions at all hours of the day and night,and you seem happy to do it.
